Thicker Than Blood
Bay Point Church
Bay Point Church is a squat, two-story brownstone building with a large metal cross towering over the front double doors. The church is run and administered by Father Lucas Collier, a middle-aged man of serious, but charitable disposition. The church is the largest outside of San Francisco proper, but still in the Diocese, and Father Collier is one of the longest-serving and most well-respected members of the clergy.
The first floor of the church is filled with pews and a pulpit, as well as the cramped administration offices for the church. The second floor is Father Collier’s living quarters. His quarters are a mess, cluttered with books, modern and ancient, fiction, history, political treatises, philosophy, and many, many more.
